SHIPPINGĀ
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
Please note that due to package dimension restrictions,Ā all bulk orders (10Ā or more of a single product) with USPS as aĀ their shipping method will be folded, not rolled.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Lost and Stolen Packages
If your order says "DELIVERED", but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office to see if your shipment is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your item as delivered a little too early, in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including;Ā tacking number, ship date, and last known location.
CuzezĀ willĀ NOTĀ contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
CuzezĀ isĀ NOTĀ responsible for the refund or reship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
- Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- Delayed or late delivery for expedited shipping.
- Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
- Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we recommend that you ship your order to a secure mailbox.
International ShipmentsĀ
Customs fees or duties are not included in the final sales price and are the sole responsibility of the customer at delivery.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, simply go to our online returns portal and select the item you wish to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a prepaid shipping label. Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, and eligible for a full refund upon receipt. You will also have the option to return for store credit or to exchange your item(s)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Our return portal will walk you through the exchange process if you want to exchange your item(s).Ā
Refunds
You will receive a notification once weāve received your return, to let you know if the refund was approved.Ā If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
